9D Breathwork Liability Waiver 

By booking and participating in a 9D Breathwork session with All About Tranquil, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below:

Acknowledgment of Risk and Consent

I acknowledge that 9D Breathwork is a powerful and immersive practice that involves breathwork, sound frequencies, hypnotic cues, and somatic techniques. These practices may induce physical, emotional, and psychological responses, including but not limited to emotional release, physical sensations and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I understand that participating in 9D Breathwork is a voluntary decision and may not be suitable for everyone. I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and wellbeing during and after the session.

Contraindications

I confirm that I have reviewed the list of contraindications for 9D Breathwork, which includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:

• Cardiovascular issues (including high or low blood pressure)

• History of aneurysms or strokes

• Epilepsy or seizures

• Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

• Recent surgery or physical injury

• Severe asthma
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment

• Pregnancy (not suitable if pregnant)

• Use of heavy psychiatric medication

If I have or suspect any of the above conditions, I understand that it is recommended I seek advice from a medical professional before proceeding with the session. If I have not consulted a healthcare provider, I am participating at my own discretion and risk.

Informed Consent and Release of Liability

By booking my session and participating in 9D Breathwork, I:

• Acknowledge and understand the potential physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of the practice.

• Confirm that I have either consulted with a healthcare provider regarding my participation or have chosen to participate without such consultation, assuming all risks.

• Accept full responsibility for my wellbeing during and after the session.

• Release and hold harmless All About Tranquil, the facilitator, any staff members, volunteers, agents, or associated venues from any liability for injury, loss, damages, or claims arising from my participation in 9D Breathwork.

• Agree that I will not hold All About Tranquil or the facilitator responsible for any injuries or incidents occurring on the premises or land where the session takes place.

• Understand that 9D Breathwork is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional care.

By booking and attending this session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I accept full responsibility for any risk associated with my participation in the 9D Breathwork session and agree to the conditions set forth above.
