PRIVATE MOBILE SAUNA EXPERIENCE

Immerse yourself in a unique sauna experience at a location of your choice. We have beautiful locations we can suggest, or perhaps you already have your own piece of paradise in mind.

The experience is designed to work beautifully alongside a cold river or ocean plunge, allowing you to explore the benefits of contrast therapy. Take your time, listen to your body and settle into the natural rhythm of hot, cold and rest.

Enjoy 2 hours of traditional wood-fired sauna with Serenity Sauna by AAT – All About Tranquil.

Travel is included within 40km of Bridgewater, with additional travel available at an added investment.

This is more than just a sauna… it’s space to reset, reconnect and be.

Additional time can be added at $150 per hour.

• It is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure all information is reviewed and shared with attendees
• AAT reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed not fit for sauna use or not adhering to guidelines

What’s Included

• 10 sauna towels provided (to be used while seated inside the sauna)

• Additional towels available at $5 per set (please request prior)

• Sauna capacity: 6 people very comfortable, up to 10 maximum at once.

• A dedicated Sauna Connoisseur to manage heat, fire and support your experience

⚠️ IMPORTANT – TERMS & CONDITIONS / WAIVER

Please read carefully. By booking and participating in a Serenity Sauna by AAT experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that using a wood-fired sauna involves exposure to high heat and humidity, which may impact the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. You confirm you are in good health and take full responsibility for using the sauna safely.

You acknowledge the risks of overheating, dehydration, dizziness or aggravation of pre-existing conditions and accept these voluntarily.

2. Age Requirements
• This experience is strictly 18+ only

3. Hydration & Listening to Your Body

You agree to stay hydrated and exit the sauna immediately if you feel lightheaded, faint, nauseous or unwell.

4. Jewellery & Personal Items
You understand that metal jewellery can become extremely hot and may cause burns and agree to remove all metal items prior to entering.

AAT is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

5. Cold Plunge Disclaimer
If you choose to enter any cold water immersion, you do so entirely at your own risk.

You take full responsibility for your safety, movement and awareness of surroundings.

6. Alcohol & Substance Use
You confirm you will not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before or during the session, as this increases risk in high-heat environments.

7. General Safety
You understand surfaces may be hot or slippery and agree to move mindfully when entering, exiting and using the sauna.

8. Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless Serenity Sauna by AAT – All About Tranquil Health & Wellbeing, its owner, facilitators and any affiliated parties from any liability, claims or causes of action arising from participation, including injury, illness or property damage.

Acknowledgement
By participating in your sauna experience and booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and this waiver, and you accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
