Short 4 hour course that focuses on skills that could save a life. Developed by Mental Health First Aid, this evidence based course uses a 3 step action plan to help a person with their immediate needs.

Mental Health First Aid - WORKPLACE BLENDED - PARTIAL ONLINE, 5 HOURS IN PERSON
This course has a blended delivery format and uses scenarios that are workplace specific. Participants must complete BOTH online (approx. 6-7 hours self-paced study) and in person (5 hours face to face) components.
